Search and Destroy "glitch" Empty Search and Destroy "glitch"

Ok today I was watching my brother play and this guy on the other team was defusing the bomb(he was the only one left) and the bomb blew up and he died but it sed bomb defused and it sed round loss but it was in overtime and the final score was 4-4. Has anyone else seen this?

I got knifed while defusing the bomb today and still got the defuse. Very Happy
